The Company provides technical consulting services, auditing of automated access systems, and high-resistance enclosures for industrial warehouses and commercial storage facilities. This includes training on operational safety regulations, preparation of installation budgets, and optimization of logistics costs in fixed infrastructure.
The user agrees to provide truthful and complete information when requesting services. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access data provided and for immediately notifying any unauthorized use.
All content, educational materials, technical drawings, and documentation provided are the exclusive property of the Company. Their reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. The maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the services in the event of a breach of these terms. The user may request cancellation of services with 30 days' prior notice.
These terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via the registered email address. Continued use of the services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
